What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 5+ years in litigation and/or transactional work, with a proven track record of excellence.
• Admitted in CA: Good Standing
• Job Stability: Demonstrated commitment to prior roles, with at least 3+ years at multiple positions.

What You Bring

• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• A keen eye for detail, especially in preparing trial materials and handling intricate case details.
• Strong collaboration skills, working seamlessly with attorneys and team members on high-stakes cases.
• Proficiency in legal research, e-filing, and other paralegal tools and platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
